Manufacturers Representative - Vietnamese Market Specialist

Newspring Packaging is a leading designer and manufacturer of high quality plastic packaging that meets the performance and esthetic requirements of today's food service applications. Restaurants, caterers and institutional clients can select from a wide range of performance VERSAtainer® and DELItainer® packaging.   We seek a self-motivated, proven sales producer for key position on our team supporting the State of Texas.

Successful candidate will have a history of building new client relationships, maintaining excellent customer service and surpassing prior sales numbers. You will be supported by a dynamic corporate support staff and marketing/sales promotion. 

Essential Functions:

- Create, maintain and execute a successful territory sales plan working out of a home office.

- Initiate and control sales processes with new clients.

- Project a positive presence in negotiations to maximize revenues and profits.

- Follow up and monitor projects with current customers to ensure  satisfaction and gain additional market share.

Requirements:

- Proven successful outside commissioned sales experience to Vietnamese restaurants and/or foodservice sector or comparable experience required.

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and Vietnamese.

- Must have comprehensive knowledge of restaurant operations.

- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite.

- Able to travel, including overnight travel, up to 25%.
